Does digital fraud insurance cover online shopping risks?

  • Yes, it can provide coverage for losses due to online shopping fraud, such as reimbursement if you’ve been scammed or your payment information was misused. This benefit available only in Advanced plan.

Shariah Definition of the Product:

It is a Takaful product that covers the subscriber against direct financial loss resulting from electronic crimes that occur through the use of a computer or electronic port and are discovered for the first time during the validity period of the policy specified in the table, in addition to the subscriber’s civil liability towards third parties. This shall not exceed the total limit of coverage shown in the table and up to the limit stipulated in this policy or any appendix approved later.
