Al Rajhi Takaful Contractors All Risks Plan
Contractors' All Risks Policy protects the property while under construction such as buildings, bridges, dams, towers etc, against their exposure to loss or damage by a variety of perils. The policy can also be extended to cover third party liability arising as a result of an accident at the project site.
This policy covers accidental loss or damage due to:
Fire, lightning, explosion, Flood and inundation, earthquake, riot, strike and malicious damage, impact damage, Burglary, accidental damages etc.
This policy is issued to cover the whole of the construction period starting from the time of arrival of the first consignment at site till the completed work is handed over, giving cover for the property under construction and also for the materials that are stored around the site.
Various other contingencies attendant to the site, such as coverage damage for the existng property of the proposer at project site, can also be added to the policy.
